Paint compatibility

Since we're locked down here in New Germany, I guess I'll tackle some jobs I was going to put off. Several years ago I painted my hardtop with Awlgrip. I need to repaint it again since replacing radar and other equipment on top. I have a quart of Rustoleum Primer and Topside paint. Does anyone know if there would be any issues priming and painting over the Awlgrip with the Rustoleum?
