Hello All,
How do I contact a seller on here, Is there a maximum time or something before I could do that?
 
Not sure what you mean - simply click on their name, and select the option to send them a private message. If the listing is old, there is a fair chance the item is no longer available, but it can't hurt to try.

EDIT - there may be a restriction placed on new users, many sites (not sure if true here) require a certain number of posts before those features are available.

Yes, I think a restriction is placed on new member. I wanted to be sure of the certain number of posts to be made or how long of a member I need to be.
