I need to get my cabin cushions recovered so I can sell my Grady White 208. What is everyone's suggestion regarding material and colors? It's the old floral pattern at the moment. Shall I go vinyl, canvas or material and what colors have people used in the past? Photos and suggestions most welcome!

Oh and got a new 258 replacing the 208!

Vinyl can be a problem if you store fishing gear and the like in the cabin. Eventually a hook will get caught on the material. The cloth hides the hook holes but the vinyl doesn't. There are a lot of outdoor fabric choices out there. Although any fabric in theory will do, the outdoor rated ones will hold up better and resist staining better.
A bit darker color and one with stripes or a dense pattern will show stains less.
Here is a link to some examples of fabric and canvas.
