What paint do I use to repaint the wood trim on a 1994 Grady 223?

If the trim is teak, you need to take special steps. I assume by saying 'repaint' the trim was painted. How does that look; just dull and old, flaking off or peeling in spots, stained from underneath, etc. It is a lot easier to pain previously painted surfaces that are just worn as opposed to peeling.

Here is one link to the topic. There are more so do your homework.

If it’s teak, it’s time intensive, but the result is worth it.

If it's painted teak, it can be a bear to strip.
On a positive note, the older and more dried out the trim is, the better it will take paint:)

I would assume it's the Duracrap. If it's that going by the year you would sand with 220, prime and paint. I like the Alexseal products but you could use a decent single stage paint from Interlux. I'll be doing mine in the coming weeks.
