replacement knobs for lockers

Does any one have a good replacement for the smooth bolt/nut that is used for the handle to open the lids on the boxes on older gradys ? these just seem cheap

Are these the bolts with the smooth heads and a plastic washer/pull used on the fish boxes etc on the stern? I gave up on mine several years ago as they were kind of ugly and the hole they were installed in was growing larger season by season. I went with these http://www.perko.com/catalog/category/c ... oduct/328/ IIRC. They have been in maybe six seasons ans still look good. I enlarged the hole with a rotozip and caulked and glassed under them. Worked for me.
