Being almost as light as a 200hp 2 stroke I'd look at the Yamaha 2.8l F200 inline-4 (4 cylinder 4 stoke). It has great torque, efficient fuel consumption with a solid reputation so far. I've heard of the odd thermostat needing replacement ( after 400-500 hrs) on the earlier ones but thats about it. I re-powered from a 200 HPDI to a new 2015 200 inline 4 and love it. Many boats have them now up here in BC and its a popular twin re-power partially due to their light weight. Came out in 2012/2013 as I recall . The hole shot is a tad slower than my 200 2 stroke but once up on plane its mid range torque is surprisingly good.
