I am buying a 2000 274 (diesel i/o). It is in really good shape with trailer 207 hours on the volvo. I have had a survey done and a diesel mechanic came along for the sea trial. Has anyone had any experience with this package? Any thoughts? Thanks

I have no first hand experience. I believe there were only 20 or 30 of these boats produced. There is on in my marina and the owner claims it is great of fuel. He fishes it hard all summer for tuna on the bank. It has had it share of maintenance over the years, not sure exactly what the issues were.

Thanks for taking the time. it seems to be a good little diesel. The burn is something like 5-8 per hr, so I can save for the repairs..lol. Take care,

I viewed one at a Mia boat show and thought it was great. My concern was that there seemed to be a void between the engine cover and euro transom that could let water in the hull under hard backing down.
That's my memory but I could be wrong.
