Sailfish Check you bilge hose!

I'm sure this has been covered, but as a friendly reminder check your bilge hose! I was doing some normal work on my 2001 sailfish. I remember going, I'm going to find that leak resulting in water siting in the forward bilge. I believed it was coming from the rub rail, which I still believe is leaking. But when I looked at the cabin bilge hose that exits the starboard side, I seen that there was no upward loop!. Holy crap. Everytime I take a wave I could imagine water just sliding down into the forward bilge. Now I'm sure this isn't where all of the water is coming from but definitely something to check while it's laid up for the winter.
