Anybody know the name brand of the steering assy. for my 1995 Sailfish 27 twin Yamaha 200's? I have a bubble in a hose and don' know if I should fix (how) or replace.?

My guess is they are made or supplied by Sea Star. Is your helm made by Sea Star? I replaced my helm.last year and my hoses were replaced in 17 when I got my motor stolen. The point of my story is Sea Star has slightly changed their fittings .
Fortunately for me my new hoses paired with the new helm. They changed the fitting from compression to pipe or something or the other. The hose fittings need to match with your helm control. I would start with your helm and then work to find the right hose . Call Sea Star and they should be able to help you.

Thanks. This was helpful. The hoses taper up to the fitting an I have seen these online. I will call Sea Star.

If hydraulic steering, I assume the hose is near the engines? Get that replaced, maybe do them all at the same time and bleed once. If you lose hydraulic steering you potentially can lose all steering worst case or it may be very difficult to steer. These folks are pretty good for steering parts:
