Does anyone recognize the manufacturer? GW said it's not from them. I'm used to operating in a rabbit hole, any direction with finding the source is appreciated. Thank you.

For those of you who have the flexibility to consider an alternative look at this reversible helm chair. Several sources available. Can be used as standard seat, leaning post or reversible while fishing. Had it for two seasons and really love it.

Moved seat over couple of inches to give walk-thru room - seat flips so no need to turn.
