Got out early this morning hoping to beat the heat and boat traffic. Conditions were calm with a light chop and a steady incoming tide. The bite was slow at first marked fish but they weren’t committing. Things picked up mid-morning once the water started moving.Ended up with a solid mix of action near structure, mostly on live bait with a few short strikes before they dialed in. Nothing record-breaking, but enough steady bites to make it worthwhile and confirm the pattern for the next trip.Anyone else seeing better action once the tide really gets going?
