Howdy friends,
So my 247 advance has a soft spot port side left of the consoule . It's a round one around 8 inches . Anyone options here besides splitting the boat or cutting the floor ? Anyone used inject -a- deck or witch craft ? Krazy glue ? Duct tape ?

If you drill holes to insert epoxy to stabilize the affected area, you can use an Allen wrench or bent nail to remove some rotten core material and provide a ‘place’ for the epoxy to penetrate and settle and bond. This is helpful for any loose deck beddings too - epoxy and redrill and reseal any deck hardware.

This stuff hardens very hard. Kind of yellowish when it dries. Might want to buy a few extra mixing tubes if you don’t use the whole cartridge at once. It’s thickened epoxy though - it doesn’t really seep/flow/penetrate so you need to inject if you get what I mean. Gitrot or cpes products are more penetrating
