Hello all,

I hope everyone had a Happy Holiday!

I'm going to start replacing the thru hulls on my'94 Sailfish, I really like the look of the Stainless steel ones, especially after seeing the photos of Ken Lahr's Sailfish, man that's a beautiful boat!

My question is that of which brand to buy. I know that the grade Grady White uses is 316 but i don't know what brand they are.

I found that Attwood makes 316 SS thru hulls.

What are some recomendations on the way to go?
- brand?
-best place to buy?
-does Grady sell them?
-can I get SS scuppers ?

And also when replacing them what sealant is best to use? 3M 5200?

Thanks for any thoughts!

Tony :)

I didn't check all the links above so someone may have posted one already.

We replaced all of ours this summer and you can get stainless steel scuppers. If you can't find them in the above links let me know and I'll dig up the info on where we got ours. We found the stainless thru hulls at west marine and the scuppers online somewhere.
