starboard deck drain hoses 94 Sailfish

I have to change my deck drain hoses and not sure if I can get to them from the below deck. I remove the live well. there are no more oil tanks, removed battery, and the board that all the eletric switch are on. I crawled in there but still can't get to them.Has anyone changed the out there hoses without cutting a top deck plate cover in?

Discussed many times, do a search here.
- Some glass guys cut holes in the hull, some in other areas.
- Some install inspection ports (I'd say 8" min) in strategic areas to get access.
- Some try and are successful inside the hull, but in some models you'll do a lot of work to get the access you need.
