Stealing fuel problem

Hello ,
I am experiencing theft of fuel . My Grady is a 95 Tournament 22'. I have not been able to find a "factory" fuel fill insert to try to prevent more theft. I really don't want to install a hasp and lock, unless I have no other option. I believe the filler neck fitting is a Perko chrome, flush,flange mount, inside diameter looks to be about 1 1/4" to 1 1/2".
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

if the fill is a combo fill and vent then I am pretty sure Perko makes a locking cap for it
 
Why not put an outside camera on the boat. They record when there is motion so you don't need a lot of data storage or skill to set up.
You can get a rechargeable battery one that is a simple mount. Easy to get and install. You could also do something more permanent like a Nest camera. They are great.
