Stern underwater lights and forward hatch repair

While on an overnight last weekend my blue lights below waterline on my 330 as well as my spreader lights quit. Switch at.rear seat not lit up. Any ideas? Fuses and where would they be?. Switch panel is stbd side above livewell. Livewell and wash down switches work.

Also, someone sat on an open hatch forward (argh) and bent both "pistons" that hold them open on the forward deck above the vee berth. Called Grady. No luck. Vendor told me (via Grady) no longer provided by GW but the whole replacement hatch is about $700. Trying to figure out how to remove and fix myself. Ideas?

For the hatch if it’s a Bomar like on my Marlin the riser arms are available aftermarket. There’s many different models so you have to be sure you get what you need. I replaced mine earlier this year.
