I always thought the dual console would make a roomy fishing boat.... Great set of canvas too! I love my aft Bimini. Had one on the 94 Sailfish and now on the 2001 Marlin......

The transom replacement :
Under the cap with partial removal of the inside glass.
The heartbreak of the breaker bar.
Old transom removed. Skin remains in place.
New transom glassed in.
Prepped and ready for paint.
Done. Motor, tabs , transducers and platform re-installed.
New Atlas jack plate, painted hood and powdercoated tabs. Good to go.

I didn't post the pictures showing it. The transom was replaced past the motor well on each side which was partially removed for access. The rot was contained to that area, so it did not require a complete removal gunnel to gunnel.
