I want to reupholster my captains chair and companion seat but not sure what color would match my existing seats which are all original. I need a color number and name of the color because it's not really white but an off-white or beige color. Anyone have any suggestions?

The problem is that I don't see colors all that well. Keeping that in mind, I redid my bolsters a while back in pleated Seaquest vinyl in CHALK. I am not sure it is the best match but was fine for me. Ignorance is bliss as they say.
In any case, search for Seaquest and look at the color chart. You can order samples on several of the fabric sites.

Shoot an email to GW. They will give you the manufacturer and color I'd imagine.

Here is a link to the color chart. Most 'whites' look the same to me.
Note that Seaquest makes flat material of course, pleated (common on bolsters) and matching piping.
You can buy a sample card for 8 bucks.

Keep in mind that the colors change with exposure to sun and weather too. So even if you use the original color, it may not match exactly.

What Kirk said, I did mine over last summer and I used an existing seat as the match. It was lighter than the original but still in the off white grouping

you could try contacting a local upholstery shop to see if they can match the colors.
