Feel inside the crease/fold. there will be screws holding it to the hull. The screws may be under the fabric a little. I recovered them, it was very easy. Use Monel staples and wrap the fabric around the padding and wood forms. Press the stapler real hard into the crease/fold, flattenening the padding before stapling the fabric.
