I just posted and joked a bit about shacking up at 2nd home/condo place a member here has down in Miami. I have 5 fairly nice vacation homes here in the Smoky Mountains and they are part of my income stream. lately however it has been a little tighter on that stream than I would like. I dont know how many folks here have a second home on the coast in the southeast between NC and the Fl panhandle, but I would be up to swapping time at the coast for time in the mountains as long as I can bring my boat too :wink: I would even consider river cabins where we can boat, maybe fish and play too...
