What do I need?

Guys, I am changing out my current engine ('91 Yamaha 175 TXRP) to a '99 Yamaha SS II (S225TXRX). New Engine only has 400 hours and I got a sweet deal on it. The guy I bought from wanted a 4-stroke. Dealer wouldn't give him anything on the SSII. My questions:

1. Will the new engine plug and play with my current setup or do I need to do something different? I have a Yamaha 704 remote controller.

2. How difficult is it to rigg these engines?
