Don't have a host. So can't post from my computer's photo file? Not an issue on the many other sites I frequent.....

just fine a free photo site and post your pic from there, I use

It just needs to be something you can set for public viewing access, then post the URL with the Img (image) tool in the menu of the reply window.
Some forums have enough server space and bandwidth to host member images, many do not. It's always a money issue, if there is lots of advertising then it pays for the bandwidth. We don't have advertising here (or not much!) Yay!!
