Where to buy new bow stern eyes

By new style do you mean something like this, cast stern eye?

OK, what is a "bow" stern eye? It's either a bow eye or a stern eye... the bow can't be at the stern

Is there something wrong with, I assume, the stern eyes? Generally, those will outlast you.
