Where to mount new batery charger on 25 sailfish

Hello,

I have a 1991 sailfish, motors on outboard bracket
The existing battery charger is mounted to the starboard side door on the inside of the transom
I will be changing this unit soon
Is there a better place to mount a battery charger?
