Which prop should I buy?

Hey guys, need some help..I have a 223 Tournament and run a 200hp saltwater series yamaha...My current prop (no Markings) is done...Any advise on which prop to buy would be great...Thanks...Tim

Tim,
I would think a 15 x 17 ss prop would be about right. Of course there are a lot of variables but I think this would be a good start.

I would pose that question to a local prop shop or two. You may need to try a couple of different sizes to find the best one for your needs. They will also be able to tell you what the size and pitch is of your current prop and that's a good starting point.

You may be able to find a Prop shop that will let you "demo" props... like Murphy's in Norfolk, VA. 757-853-4731.
Good Luck, but do yourself a favor and try the Mercury REV 4.

look at the performance bulletins from Grady and yami
