I'm looking at purchasing and installing a windlass and I'm worrying about having enough room for the rode. What is the general experience with a windlass on this boat. I'm going to be adding an OEM bulpit. Ideally I'd get close 250 ft of rode in the anchor locker.
I'm considering the Lewmar horizontal units. Any suggestions for this boat? Ideally it would be able to do automatic freefall. But I'm seeing some negative reviews for freefall options. Again any suggestions would be appreciated.
