Greetings,
On My
88 offshore, the wood trim surrounding the cabin windows needs work but can't exactly figure how to remove it.
It's butted up to the headliner material that surrouds the windows
Has anyone evey restored these pieces?

Thank You,
Jack

I did mine several years ago...if I recall, the screws that held the trim and the window itself were from the OUTSIDE, underneath the rubber seal....I did the whole shebang....resiliconed the plexiglass to the frame and resealed the frame to the hull.....it will come off by itself when you unscrew it, but you'll need a hand holding the wood in from the inside while you re-screw from the out side...I caulked evrything, inside and out.
