Winterization Moisture Control

Saw that Lowes sells a 1/2 gal size tub of Damp-Rid. Looks like a perfect fit to drop into the galley sink over the winter to address potential moisture in the cabin. ~ $10.00. Quick and clean solution when you close the cabin up.

Bought two of these, for the boat and rv, seem to do the job. Paid $80 locally. I keep and eye on the humidity level with a "humidometer" for want of a better description. This island we live on seems to run at a 100% humidity level all winter. Cheers trapper

West Marine sells the same thing. They work really well except when they quit. Seems that the ones I had only lasted a couple of years.
