Good afternoon... I just purchased a 2011 290 Chesapeake and I'm wanting to put a generator in. It's never had one so it would be a start from scratch installation. I would like to know more about your installation process if you get a moment. I have been researching this for months. Thanks
Hi Dan, is there a good time for me to call you tomorrow? I thought I replied to your earlier message but it may not have gone through. It is still available and the best way to reach me is on email at garybloom2559@gmail.com. Thanks for your interest - Gary

Hello friend-
Doing research on new stereo / speaker placement for my 'new to me' 2008 GW 226. Came across your post from 2022. Where did you get those custom pods, for your OH speakers (in the helm area) ? I'm having a hard time figuring out where i want the helm sound to come from? a
Good morning, hope you are doing well today. I am hopefully acquiring what will be a new to me Grady White in the near future (assuming survey checks out). The owner removed the arm rests. If your helm chair armrests are still available, I may take you up on your listing. I'll know more by the end of the week. Thank you!!

My first step is to pull the deck cover. I'm told that's tricky, so you don't crack the cover. Capt Phil - CPS Marine on Shunpike said he'd pull the deck cover and inspect the tank. He said in there's no fuel in the bilge, which there's not, there could be pitting on the top of the tank.
Thanks for the reply. I'm getting 1/2 or more water when I empty the separator. so for this year I've done it 3 times. Leads me to think I've got a tank problem with water getting in somewhere. I like your Sierra setup. Going to put one on. In the meantime trying to figure out if I have a leak issue.

Check the fuel fills for o-rings. Most common cause. I'm not buying it's getting in from the top of a pitted tank.
Hello first time Grady white owner here. I have a tournament 220 it’s a 1985 and I’m looking to have auto pilot installed preferably without breaking the bank. This may have been discussed on here but I’m having trouble navigating the the page so bear with me please. Any information is appreciated, thank you.
Hello—I saw your post with your suburban and the 265 express behind it. How does it tow? I have a 2001 suburban 2500 with the 8.1 and an upgraded class V hitch and was curious how the two match up. I have about a 65-80 mile trip to most of the ports I fish out of and have to cross the coastal mountain range to get there and back and moorage options are limited here in the PNW.
Good morning Hookup1. Noticed your "water in fuel" comment. I've got a 2006 22' Grady Seafarer at Snug Harbor, with an ongoing water issue. 2 summers ago I polished the fuel.. Last year the boat was barely used due to health issues and this year the water was back immediately. Changed out the separator 4 times with 1/2+ water in the separator each time. I'm thinking I have a tank leak issue. Appreciate your thoughts.

I use the Sierra clear bowl when running the boat. You can do it with the cans too but you can't see anything. I always dump them in a container, give it a minute to settle and pour the gas back in and discard the water. Top off with clean fuel and put it back up. Run it again and it will clean up.

I have a Self Storage business in Court House. Call or stop by and I can show you what I use. My boat is here for the summer getting ready for Florida.
