Can estimate since I can't tell what is the thruster problem. Does it not work because the prop is broken but the motor runs or does it not run at all. Worst case, the whole motor and prop are shot. A complete kit with all parts and controls runs about $3,000 plus labor. If there is damage to the thruster 'tunnel' the job could be pretty expensive.
I assume you are not doing the work yourself.
You should ask the surveyor for cost estimates. He or she should have an idea at least of the local labor rates.
Most of the item you mentioned can be a pain to get to. The trim cylinders can be replaced and assuming no problems getting the old ones off, aren't too bad of a job. If all goes well, maybe two hours of labor plus parts. Cylinders run about 100 bucks. Some can be rebuilt and resealed but if you are not doing the labor, it will be cheaper to just replace the cylinders.
The mid bilge pump is not an expensive part and often the problem is bad wiring. Tracing it can take time.
I can't comment on the price of the vessel.I don't see many for sale to make comparisons. Based on a few later models being offered, the price seems a bit high but you have to take into account options, condition, electronics, etc..
