Need to replace (2) batteries on 2017 257 Fisherman with twin 200’s. Use a Fusion stereo and livewell while fishing. Looking for recommendations on battery type / size / CCA / MCA / RA

What is there now? Do you have 2 batteries total? What size (not capacity) are they?
I think the minimum CCA for f200s is 660 or bigger. 'Starting' battery type would be appropriate if two batteries total

(2) AGM 27M with 900 MCA - only two batteries on boat. Interstate starting have 1000 MCA and AGM have 900 MCA. Both have about the same RC
These are the only 2 batteries on the boat and I run them on two switches - one on 1 and one on 2 position. I like the higher cranking amps on starting batteries but do I need to worry about the reserve?

I run the same on my 2022 257 with all digital controls, steering, etc...and all works fine. If I'm running the livewell then engines will normally be running also. I also carry a NOCO Boost X GBX45 1250A 12V UltraSafe Portable Lithium Jump Starter, Battery Booster Pack just in case.

27M-XHD Interstate Battery 800cca 1000mca - Cold Cranking Amps 800 Cranking Amps 1000 (RC) 182 Reserve Capacity (RC)@25 Amps
They were recommended by my mechanic. I'm no expert and there are other options out there but try not over think it as what you are describing, using your livewell and playing music, I don't see a ton of amp draw unless you are running them for a really long time.
