Hi. The ceiling cover(upholstery) of my Islander is sagging. Does anyone know how much could be to re do it? It's not vinyl, looks like fabric w/foam backing. Also can it be done DIY? Thanks

Google Marine Headliner material. Foam backed is what GW used. Get something with some stretch to conform to all the curves. 3M spay contact cement adhesive from Home Depot - regular or heavy - either one.

Messy job. the reason the headliner is coming down is the foam backing has broken down. You need to get as much off as possible to give the new glue something to stick to.

Good luck!

Thanks . I'll have to remove the finish trim from the ceiling hatch, but I guess it's doable. Have you done yourself yours?

No. Lined microwave box to make a tackle cabinet. Eliminated front windows and patched inside.
