I’ve had a heck of a time with Grady’s flush connector. The o rings keep coming off and then won’t seal. Yes, I lubricate them. After trial and error, I found replacement o rings that fit and don’t leak. Off Amazon, they are 16mm OD and 2mm thick. The ID is 12mm.

I even broke down and bought a second adapter from the dealer (over $50) and it worked twice before the o ring stripped out. I was already planning on how I can rig up my own flush system that actually works and then decided I’d make this one last effort to find a different O-ring size. And it worked!!

McMaster Carr - try different o-ring sizes. No problem with my Melnor garden hose quick connects!

I know yours are built in. Try different o-rings or call manufacturer. I have read a number of posts that have trouble.

Well, that's the point of my post: to provide the o rings I found that work after a lot of trial and error in case someone with the built in system is having the same problems. The dealer said they get a lot of people having issues with it. And I've called Grady before on other things. They don't seem to care because they don't return calls to their customers buying their boats. They aren't going to "help" to find a proper o ring.
