I have a 2011 330 Express. Has anyone removed this fish box with freezer plates? I am thinking if the box was out of the way it would help to remove the batt, install new transom underwater lights, replace aft bilge pump and run new fuel lines. The box seems to be installed with screws (easy enough) its the freezer plates I'm concerned with. any insight would help thank you.

the battery placement on my '04 is pretty tragic... however- I read this post and googled 2011 330 express batteries. In a related story, I no longer think the battery placement on my '04 is tragic.
I thought the 04 would be the same placement seeing that the hull is almost identical. If it were just the batteries i could tough it out as usual but I need to change aft bilge pump and aft underwater lights as well I will do fuel lines and anything else that needs to be done while i am in ther lol. .

If it was just batteries, I'd say tough it out. Since you are doing that other stuff, it might be worth it to remove the generator temporarily. I removed the gen from my '04 with worse bilge access and it wasn't that bad. 2 of us were able to lift it out onto the deck.
