Windshield Wiper Motor

Looking for a replacement for the starboard side windshield wiper motor. Boat is a 1992 GW 24 Explorer (246G) and I guess these don't last forever :). Spoke with Grady White and of course an original replacement is not available. Hoping someone has found a replacement that will work in its place.
 
Hi, I just replaced the starboard windshield wiper motor on my 2003 GW Sailfish 282. I bought it from Grainger. They had it in stock. It has an auto park wire on it that i did not use because my switch didn't support that. But I was able to hook it up and it works great. The best thing to do is to remove the bad motor and measure the length and diameter of the shaft to make sure it matches.
