Thank you for those pictures, they really help. The boat looks to be in very nice shape. Love that Grady Blue! Is it mostly lift kept or kept in the water? I see pictures of it in both. Anything on the boat that you think needs or will need attention soon...bolster, seat cushions, helm enclosure, bottom paint, etc. It's still deep snow here in Upper Michigan, it sure is nice to see water and grass. ;) Thank you!
 
I have the lift at home for servicing it and storing it when am gone for extended periods' I also have a marina slip nearby that is closer to the gulf and works better if we are fishing. On an extreme low tide there is not enough water at home to get in and out. The bolsters have some light mildew staining but are still serviceable. anytime something starts getting troublesome I replace it, tilt units, generator, TV, microwave and through hull transducer all new since I have owned the boat Oct 2022. The small bilge pump in the grey water sump is out, I have a new one but have not replaced it because I don't use it. The trim indicators are not working either, both easy fixes.
