Strongly considering the 326 Canyon. I will be fishing near Naples, FL with both bottom fishing near 500' and trolling, etc. Can you recommend a transducer or pair for this purpose. Plan on having Garmin 9219 FSDs. Thanks for the advice!

You can use a combination of transducers, and I would definitely have the B175HW as one of them. There's a lot of good transducer threads on THT. I am hopefully moving from a Regulator to a Grady next Spring, and transducer model/placement is high on my list of research topics for the next boat.
Can I ask your opinion regarding Regulator versus Grady White? We are considering the GW Canyou 326, Regulator 31 and Solace 32CS. Appreciate your thoughts
I know nothing about Solace, so I can't help there. My Regulator 26 is a 2003 and has held up better than many boats 10-15yrs newer. Still rides like a tank, no shuddering, no destroyed hardware, nothing creaks or bangs. From being on friend's 28s, 31s, and 34s, the 31 is my favorite of them all. It's a dog with 300s, but it runs well with 450s. Fit and finish is absolute top tier, and she's extremely heavy and well balanced. Will roll more on anchor than a Grady due to the 24' deadrise, but in a headsea with the tabs down, she's a monster. The reason I am considering moving to a Grady is lifestyle change - friends all have kids now, my wife wants a true head (Regulator one works for the sand bar, but that's it), and it would be nice to have a place to lay down and get out of the sun. Originally I was going to go Henriques 35, but the cost of maintaining twin inboard diesels just doesn't appeal to me and my use case these days. 42" of draft makes going to some of our favorite day-trip spots more challenging, and it's nice to be able to run "fast" when needed. The 330 Express is perfect for short 2-4 day trips from the North Shore to Newport, Nantucket, or a run to the Canyons with a stop on the way back. I'm looking at 2015+ Grady's due to changes in construction. Regulator from 2002+ is solid glass, so you won't have anything to worry about there. If you are getting a slip, just remember that the 31 Regulator is really 36' from the tip of the anchor to the skegs when the engines are tilted up.

For bottom fishing the best choice is GT51M-TH (thru hull) This is a two channel, all in one Traditional and Side vu. If you can, mount a single TH on the centerline near the transom without a fairing. This is my primary transducer and it works great at speed for everything. You could live without another transducer if you have this mounted centerline.
If you can't do centerline you would need two of them with fairings and that is $$$.
A GT51M-TM (transom mount) between the motors will work fine at trolling speed and drifting/anchored, but will not be very good at planing speed.
A lot is said about B175HW but they are dialed in for suspended fish(tuna), not reading bottom. They don't read bottom well at speed and they don't give bottom detail
