Gaskets for sliding windows

I am rebuilding a 1986 Grady White Sailfish 25. I would like to replace all the brittle plastic in the side slide windows.

Cannot find anyone local who will take it on. All the links to the gaskets (WaterBonnet) have changed companies.

Anyone have a source or part numbers for the windows? I can do it if I get the right gasket kit.

There are several GG posts on this subject. Search: Marine Glass Specialties Florida. You can try these guys but their stock is running low over the years.

Knowledgable, helpful and lots of stuff in stock. Old windshields are hard to find parts/gaskets for but they can help.

I refurbished my windows a few years ago. I eliminated the two front windows. Glassed over from the outside and used the interior trim and curtain on the inside. Side windows I replaced with acrylic glass (wears better than polycarbonate) and made them "fixed" non-opening. I re-used all the trim I had. Eliminated all the leaks and cleaned up the look. If you want air you have to open the forward hatch.

Thank you for the information! I will check them out. I like the way you did yours. I don’t understand why GW put front windows in those models when the water is coming at you from the bow in the ocean, since these boats were meant for offshore use.

Here is a front view with the glassed over windows. They didn't open. They leaked a little but not too bad. I eliminated them to clean up the look of the boat. I don't have a photo of the interior but it is the original look - frame with curtain.
