The answer is almost yes. Nearly all of the breakers are located on the back side of the accessory pannel. There should be another fuse block under your helm steering on the balkhead.
Acess to the accessory breakers is two fold. There is a pannel in the head held in place by four screws. There is not much you can do from there, just have a look. To get to the breakers you have to remove the accessory pannel and pull it out. There are two main feeds, on the port and starboard; just unplug these and the pannel is free.
Be carefull when getting it all back together, the wires are tight and I have pulled my hair out getting this pannel back in and keeping all connections tight.
By the way; this year I have had two switches go bad. I finnaly pulled the pannel and discovered that it badly needed cleaning and all connections needed to be removed, cleaned and tightned. These electronic pannels are too easy to neglect; out of sight out of mind. Cleaning and ensuring all electrical connections are ultra important given the environment we operate.
