On my 209, I simply unscrewed it, removed the caulk, and leave it loose. I built a shelf in there and store two downrigger batteries and misc stuff. On a 1993, it does drain to the bilge pump.

I thru-bolted my T8 kicker to a similar solid bracket. 6 tamper-proof bolts plus a Panther lock over the threaded pad handles.

Can't help with access, my GW is an old Escape 209. I did use white, flexible pvc when I replaced. There was wire inside the old, black hose.

Why not just plumb a second fuel line off your fuel/water separator?

Mine's 19 years old. Just installed SS scuppers. Transom was dry. Love my Escape 209. Only boat I've run that had 4-wheel drive. :mrgreen:

People that bash Grady-Whites are simply frustrated that there are so few used GWs for sale. Most of the used ones are 30 years old. :mrgreen:

My Grady is my island. Hang in there. It gets much better.

I believe Crocs makes a boat shoe with the siped bottoms now.

I think that's a Garelick brand. Maybe they'll sell you a platform only. Or cut a new one out of StarBoard. New Garelicks are about $200.
