Winterizing is super easy on fresh water, drain the tank, fill with a gallon of pink RV antifreeze and run until it comes out pink. Install caps. You're done. Id still run the same pink thru the head and raw water systems. It should take 30 mins to do all 3 systems.

I have pulled the hoses off and free flow of water from everywhere. Yes, it was winterized. I fish all winter but never opened the seacock after winterizing. I bought it from amazon. Likely not get very far on warranty.

What's your recommendation on wash down pumps? Jabsco lasted less than a year. It's now an 80 year old man pee trickle coming out of the hose. No clogs. Clean filter. Just not working weel at all. Takes about 20 mins to build pressure and shut off, used to be about 30 seconds.

Any decent quality battery will work well. My #1 Interstate, #2 Deka.

Much more likely the vent is clogged and not eh fill. the fill is about 2 inch diameter.

Personally I would have it hauled. If I remember, youre in Annapolis. Lots of marinas around that will haul and rack for a few hundred bucks. I would sleep better at night for sure.
