Do you have trim tabs? My 330 Express (basically same hull but longer) is very sensitive to trim. In a head sea or tight chop, even 2 feet, it rides far batter with the bow down so the sharper angle sections of the variable deadrise hull is in the water.

I removed one of the screws from the nearby factory rod holders and matched the length. Then I drilled very carefully, marking the desired depth with tape on the bit!

The original OEM AC on my 2003 30 Express consumers about 1100 watts when the compressor is running. So the quick math is 1100watts divided by 12 volts = 91.67 amps, but inverters are only about 90% efficient so the actual 12v amperage consumption should be about 100 amps. At idle / trolling...

I can confirm that the Moeller 033302-10 is the exact replacement for the valves on my 2003 330 Express! One of mine went bad allowing a small air leak that caused intermittent fuel starvation. Incredibly frustrating!

Another common leak area is the hull to cap joint under the rub rail. There's screws that can loosen and caulking that can fail. You only notice in rough seas.
