Has anyone done the repair and can relay a real world cost? I was going to look at that same Marlin but curious as to how the repair would be executed and how they arrived at the 20-30k number?
Could be your fuel lines degrading from the inside out. Were they replaced with the tanks? Was there a switch from non ethanol to ethanol fuel? The ethanol will scour the tanks and lines and clog your filters.
Any of those boats are “tight” for overnights. It can be done, but living space is cramped and the water lapping up against the hull will keep you awake at night. Just my opinion.
