I just replaced mine with 14g stainless, I had a machine shop to break it and it goes over the inside and out with top motor bolts on the inside and outside. it was about 52" long 3 1/2" inside width and 4" and 4 1/2" hang over cost about 75$

I personally tow my 300 Marlin on a regular basis twin f250's, with an 11' 2500 ram with no problems, full of fuel and gear. Sitting on the right trailer with EOH brakes and sitting on the trailer properly it pulls like anything else, just a little wider. 14k is nothing the truck can't handle...

Sorry for late reply I had the velcro sewn around the curtain and used the adhesive style to attach to window frame just make sure and clean frame good and it should stay put On a side note I got tired of curtains and leaking windows so i am having the windows fiberglassed in as we speak

if you are not going to open and close them you can use velcro, i had some made and they velcroed around the window frames and looked very clean

check your power distribution on the 12 volt side may have a spare for the AP or on the dash switches most are wired on an on-off switch or breaker

I have a 98 marlin and it does the same when tank is extremely empty. The fuel tank vents in the filler assembly and it vents causing the fuel to bubble, do not think you will find any obstructions

forward tank is main and rear is aux, the older 1990's-2000's models have a 306 gal capicity, 153 each and the new ones around 14' are 286 gallons

replaced mine with primer bulbs and no problems, why you are at it if you haven't' I would suggest replacing the fuel line while you are there make sure the primer bulbs are facing in an upward position and they will keep pressure and use only yamaha bulbs

try ZEP mold and mildew remover, you can get it at lowes i have used it and it works incredible, just let it sit and when the stain disappears wash with fresh soap and water

i replaced my livewell lid on my 300 marlin with 3/4 starboard and it works great and looks awesome, gonna replace the lid on the anchor locker next. 3/4 is the perfect thickness for mine
