Thank you, that is what I am going to do. I did order a couple of sample fittings from pier supply, they have a sew in carriers that may fit the stock track. I believe I will invest in a complete cover (removable) for the back deck - it is Alaska after all.

I just purchased a 1985 255 Sailfish. It has none of its cockpit canvas (plastic) and I need to find some phots or plans to provide the upholsterer.
