Catch22, the O2 sensor was not checked, so I am going to mention it tomorrow...hopefully that is the culprit. I will post tomorrow with an update.

I just went back and looked at the work order and the VST filter was replaced. The spark plugs were also replaced at the beginning of the season. I am going to check with them tomorrow...Hopefully there has been some progress made in the past couple days. -Mark

Thank you all for the replies! When pumping the ball it does not regain power at all. We replaced the fuel lines going to the engine thinking there could be air getting in but that didnt do the trick. If I remember correctly we changed out 3 or 4 filters in the engine so we may have missed...
