Grind out the loose stuff fill if needed. I built a cofferdam around the repair area using putty. Put the gel coat on cover the area with wax paper taped down. In 24 hrs remove the wax paper, dam and wet sand it out. I have a perfect undectable repair. :D

Had a 175 on my Dolphin, power head blew w/ 200 hours and exceptiomal regular maintaince. Mechanic told me to use it for an anchor. spend some dough and get rid of the headache. LOve to see pics of the dolphin. I loved that boat

oversize the grommot and silicone a grommet into a larger grommet. When measure use mic's/calipers.

Book says yamalube, I use yamalube.

My Grady dealer has ringfree and store and start added to the fuel tanks, I get a steady dose, and have never had a fuel problem.

I, in addition to two coats of wax, use Race Glaze just above the waterline, nothing, nothing sticks to it. It was first developed for the navy as a non stick for radar arrays. Good stuff.

Hi Guys, JUst prior to winter lay up, I notoced the GPS (garmin 172c) would power off, while underway. On the trailer in the driveway stayed on all day. I'm thinking a loose wire, and will probably just redo the connections. But if anyone has thought to the contrary, I'm listening. Thanks :?:

My 208 is in Green Harbor, added a few fenders, snugged up the lines, Hope the guys around me do the same. Smart move hauling out of Dux bay, It only takes one in that tight field to cause havoc.
