    My next project!!

Thanks for the Dremel tip. As I'm assembling and putting ends on, I'll be using corrosion guard on all connections, it's messy, but piece of mind. I've got a little over $1100 in my panel as a reference to your quote, which includes the back-lit Grady-White logo, which of course is extra.

...the connectors and re-use the harness. By the way I found a way to cleanup the wires where the water has wicked in under the insulation. If they are not too bad a Dremel tool with a wire brush and clean them up. May help you with your splicing. I have everything out to Newwire for a quote.

    Livewell pump wiring

...life span. On my Venture 34 i replaced al rocker switches with toggle switches with a cable instead of spade connectors. The two side panels where made by NewWire and they did a great job, they make either the panel only or with all switches installed and labeled, including custom signs. Chris

Electronics Upgrade Project - 330 Express

On my 2007 330 I replaced Garmin 5212s with slightly different sized 1243xsv MFDs. Ordered custom bezels from NewWire marine. Plug and play with a little cutting of existing holes. Existing holes were too small in horizontal dimension and too large in vertical dimension. Very easy! No need to...

330 Express AC/DC Panel Access - Sonar Module?

I did have to add trim panels as I remember one of the dimensions of the 1243 was less than the 5212. I had them made by Newwire Marine. They have all the dimensions and provide trim panels for most MFD’s. This picture is not great but I can give you an idea. I added the GT 56 transducer...

2004 GW 33 Express Rocker Switch Panel

...cover. It doesn't have the light at the bottom. We don't know if it is a non-backlit Contura11 switch or if it is the wrong style cover. Don't mix covers and switches up. Verify what you have and what you can use. Read stuff on the newwire site. This is a description on newwire site

2004 GW 33 Express Rocker Switch Panel

Get your replacements from Newwire Marine on line. They provide custom rocker switches in a variety of options and the tool and directions as to how to easily replace the rocker itself. If you pull the panel and the switches look good on the back you probably don’t have to change the switch just...

    265 Express

You are going to have to cut the opening to fit 12" read thru this. https://www.greatgrady.com/threads/265-x-flat-panel-dash.31837/ Make a template out of cardboard. NewWire Marine will make a panel but it'll cost ALOT.

    Switch LEDs

Anybody ever changed the LED lights out in the OEM switches? My nice blue lens NewWire rocker covers light up green instead of blue because the LEDs are amber... P/N for replacement LEDs would help...

Amber indicator lights or toggle switch ‘87 seafarer

I have the same things. Offhand, I don't know the manufacturer. I "think" the switch manufacturer might be Cole Hersee. But I don't think they'll be that hard to match up, regardless of manufacturer. Pull a switch out and look at it - if you can still read the tag, it will tell you. Don't...

Amber indicator lights or toggle switch ‘87 seafarer

...They look like a black paddle toggle switch. searching the board finds ancient posts to nowhere... someplace called RadioShack (lol) thank you. I should probably trash the panel and rewire with a panel from NewWire Marine but I'm feeling industrious now that I'm out of the water for the year.

panel switches... Fuel switch? is this useless?

I have the same hull as you, went with a newwire panel as well and I ditched that fuel switch as I have only one tank.

    Helm switches new label

The only problem with those Josh is that they are printed switches and not laser engraved. As a result, the labels will eventually wear off. The ones I used from NewWire are laser engraved. The LED backlight shines through the lettering so that it can easily be seen at night and wont wear off.

    Helm switches new label

I paid NewWireMarine to do the entire thing. That includes new switches, circuit breakers, the acrylic black backing plate and a wiring harness. That said, they are really easy to work with as a company and should be able to customize whatever you need. (Just cover, switches and covers, the...

    265 X - flat panel dash

They want $650 for my dash which is tough to justify because I can make it myself with 1/2" Starboard for under $100 with lots of material leftover. Cut on CNC would look better but not $550 better... What is the LuxMatte material like? It looks great in pix but I have never seen it for real...

    265 X - flat panel dash

I just redid my helm on my GW 275 with the NewWire LuxMatte. It was a turned out great and they were good guys to work with. The LuxMatte comes at a premium price but for me it was worth it for the look and feel.

    265 X - flat panel dash

...plexi for the finish panel. The old gauge panel will be remade into a cubby with hinged lid in "carbonfiber pattern" ABS to match the Newwire switch panel. I'm thinking of having Newwire make that with an engraved GW 265 Express logo. Cubby will be a lift out tray for easy access to fuses...
