I have the Gulfstream 232 2017 with a 300HP Yamaha. I would not put anything smaller on it. The 300 HP will be enough power to get you on plane quickly and move the boat well. The boat would be best with twins 150s or 200s but it will cost more for maintenance. Twins are easier for docking but...

I would guess between $25-35K depends on the condition. The hardtop adds to its value but the smaller engine makes it less appealing.

JL Audio 6.5 inch speakers. They sound great with only two, I had them on my Adventure 208. I am adding a fusion amp to my new system I am installing on my new Gulfstream, you might want to too. Also, the JL Audio speakers are built like tanks.
