Yes % is from sender and it moves with the boat movement as fuel flows back or forward in tank. Not accurate for sure. Fuel flow is through some sensor and the theory is that the flow is used to calculate the burn over time until reset. The risk of fuel theft is low in my normal situation...

I believe the flow is correct as shown on both CL7 and Raymarine but the calculations for how much is used are off the chart with multiple decimal points. So as I said I use the NM for reference and compare to the sender shown level in tank.

Ok got the supplies now to change it and not flood the bilge with old black used diesel lubricant/oil. Don't know volume but will measure 2L , 2.2Q to start and measure. Will see how much I get out first including filter volume. 71.4 hours only on gen so pretty fresh.

Some times the pick ups are at different level for different motors and of course generators so they don't run the tank dry. Leaving motors or one motor with more gas to run til the end .
